关于进一步完善街道管理体制机制改革的调研与思考我国街道办事处经历了近70年的发展，在城市建设和管理服务中发挥了积极作用。随着经济的不断发展，城镇化水平不断提高，城市管理重心不断下移，街道办事处在城市基层治理中的作用也越来越重要。经过2019年乡镇（街道）机构改革，××市通过“减县补乡”充实了街道工作力量，增强了街道办事处社会治理和服务保障能力，但在实际工作中，还存在主责主业不清晰、工作机制不健全、机构设置不够优化、资源保障不充分等诸多问题，管理体制与现实需求存在不匹配和脱节现象，与党中央关于加强基层治理体系和治理能力现代化建设的有关要求还有较大差距。2022年全市深化乡镇管理体制机制改革后，要...
